I'm not the Devil but I did go down to Georgia for the Primitive Stitchers Society Retreat and had a grand old time!
We were ensconced at the Hilton Marietta Conference Center.
This place was perfect! I parked my car and didn't move it till it was time to go home! Perfect accommodations with everything you could possibly ever need.
Our room overlooked the golf course!
I thought cupcakes were in order. Obviously, they were.
A flurry of activity later and my booth was all set up at the Merchant Mall!
Here is a shot of the room, or the angle I could get all at once.
A grand time was had by shoppers and us merchants were busy! After all the classes, shopping and stitching was concluded we were treated to a final banquet. The food was amazing and we had our secret stitcher gift exchange! Each person signed up for the exchange made a wonderful something and wrapped it up with no indication on the outside who it was from and left it on a table along with all the other gifts.
I was the lucky one who got this!
The inside of the box is as amazing as the outside!
I had the pleasure of visiting my parents and they sent me home with a beautiful spool shelf that my dad built with his grandfather when he was about sixteen. I will treasure it always!
OH!!! I"m going to be teaching at the PSS Retreat 2017!!!! I"m so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't you tell?
